He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodger Fillmore Felten and Elizabeth Killeen Felten. He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth Ann Felten; his children, Sarah Killeen Felten, Zachary Rodger Felten and Kelly Elisabeth Caltrider; and his son-in-law Evan Jeffrey Caltrider.
He was a board member and President of The Education Foundation from 1995-1999 and the founding President of the Boys and Girls Club of Indian River County from 1999-2004.
