He is survived by: his parents, Charles Root and Margaret Root; his siblings, Charles "Duke" Root, Jr. (Joseph), Vicky Eppner (Martin) of Barneveld, NY and Lorena Martin (Thomas) of Cary, NC; his wife Nipawan Root (Toun); his children, Andrew Root (Martha), Garrett Root (Lauren), Priscana Rodriguez (Frankie) and Travis Root; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Brayden, Jayden, Gavin, Tristen, Brielle, Kyndell, Ava and Juliana.
