“Spoke to Jay July 4th and asked him how he was doing. He said he was going to a neighbor's BBQ. He didn't let on he was feeling bad even though he was. He was one of those people that liked to keep busy. He often spoke of his three daughters which he loved dearly. His grandchildren he cherished. His brother was precious to him. Knew Jay over 50 years. He will be missed. Prayers going up for his family. Debby Elwood”
