He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Fausak and Eleanore Fausak (Carnie). He is survived by: his wife Maxine Wernik-Fausak; his stepdaughter Robin Trebora Wernik; his stepdaughter-in-law Doreen Stanislaw; and his granddaughter Bailey Maria Wernik of New Jersey. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the South Florida National Cemetery (6501 S State Rd 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449).
