He was predeceased by: his mother Carole Boggs Smith. He is survived by: his wife Annie Leigh Smith; his children, Sadie Ophelia Smith, Ivy Addison Smith, Donovan Dakota Smith and Elijah McCartney Smith; and his father Michael Earl Smith of Lake Wales.
