She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Reeves and Mary Reeves; her husband Billy Welcher; and her sister Martha Barber. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Freeman Scalise (Richard) of Deltona and Cindy Ann Hill (Bobby) of Lake Wales; and her grandchildren, Alex Scalise, Britni Long (Mike), Austin Scalise and Autumn Appiah (Foster). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
