It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Pepka of Lake Wales, Florida, born in Eastlake, Ohio, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Pepka Sr. and Frances Pepka (Parziale) of Eastlake, OH.. He is survived by: his children, Major Thomas J. Pepka, Caitlin Potts (Alexi) of Blacklick, OH and Daniel Pepka (Lorena) of Lake Wales, FL.; his grandchildren, Amelia, Jackson, Benjamin, Eloise Pepka, Abigail Pepka, Stella and Adeline Potts; and his siblings, Deb Schneider (John) of Madison, OH, Joe Pepka (Diane) of Mentor, OH, Sue Hall (Gary) of Mentor and Tim Pepka (Carla) of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
