She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Sansom and Janice Sansom; her husband Jerry Lee Chapman; her daughter Janice Elizabeth Moat; and her sister Sherrie Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Julia Sansom of Frostproof, Sharon Lacey of Winter Haven, Johnnie Moat and Daniel Sansom; her siblings, April Pate, Peggy Sansom, Tommy Sansom, David Sansom and Anthony Sansom; and her grandchildren, Joshua Sansom, Henley Droz and Jaxson Tucker.
