He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Turner "Dumps" Futch and Georgia Louise Bradford Futch; and his siblings, Patty Anderson, Marie Beeman, Winslow Futch and Cordell Futch.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Phillips Futch of Lake Wales, FL; his children, Catherine Simmons (Gregg) of Siler City, NC, David Futch (Amy) of St. Augustine, FL, Adam Griffin (Tammy) of Palatka, FL and Scott Griffin of Lake Wales, FL; and his siblings, Carolyn Grubaugh of Atlanta, Roy Futch of Jacksonville, FL and Carrol Futch of Nashville. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
