He is survived by: his wife Clara Lee Bell; and his children, Lee Ann Martin (James) of Laurel, Indiana, Stephen Bell, Jr. of Orlando, Matthew Bell (Darla) of Haines City and Andrew Bell (Jessica) of Palmetto. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
