He is survived by: his wife Dot Chambers; his daughters, Tish Chambers Turner (Jerald) of Las Vegas and Nikki Chambers Appleton (Jason) of Athens, Alabama; his grandchildren, Jay Turner (Nicole), Julia Ann Turner, Justin Turner and Morgan Appleton; and his great grandchild Jeralynn Turner.
