He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Glade and Henrietta Glade; and his siblings, Donald Glade, Jr., Ronald Glade and Joan Michna.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Glade; his sisters, Gale Litewski of Arizona and Sharon Mazur (Stan) of Arizona; and his granddaughter Mariska Davis.
