He is survived by: his stepchildren, Trina Baxter Hancock of Lake Wales, Wayne Baxter of Lake Wales and Reggie Baxter of Winter Haven; and his sons, Mark Way Durphy of Washington and Tracy Richard Durphy of Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
