He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith; and his children, Shari Kirsch (Roy) of Lake Wales, Shelly Meissner (Arden) of Richmond, Virginia, Susan Vaillancourt of Lake Wales and Scott Smith of Lake Wales. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
