He is survived by: his wife Josette Voorhees; his son Jason Voorhees (Erika Bulington) of Lake Wales, FL; his stepchildren, Kathryn Reynolds of Winter Haven, FL and James Ronald Waters (Cynthia) of Winter Haven, FL; his half-brother Bill Issit of Haines City, FL; and his grandchildren, Kim, Rosemary, Chandler, Carter and Macy.
