She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Phelps and Elizabeth Phelps; and her sister Shari Lynn Froelich. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Scotty" Reese; her daughters, Jennifer Aguayo (Paul) of Topsham, ME, Andrea Tomer (Doug) of Auburn, ME and Alicia Reese (Mason Hall) of Fredericksburg, VA; her brother Reuben Phelps of Wetumpka, AL; and her grandsons, Austin and Landon.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to the pandemic.
