He is survived by: his wife Tomi Blackburn; his children, Vicky David (Daniel) of Lenexa, Rebecca Blackburn of Lake Wales and Michael Blackburn (Naomi) of Portsmouth, Ohio; his sister Janet Boehm (Robert) of Lake Wales; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Blackburn, Christopher Blackburn, Michael Blackburn and Nicholas David. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
