He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Waring and Ann Waring; and his brothers, Richard Waring and Andy Waring. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Waring; his children, Rhonda L. Wood (Randy) of Lakeland, Rita Robinson (Scott) of Brooksville, Rhonda L. Ziegler (Steven) of Spring Hill, Lacey Lawson (TJ) of Lake Wales and Martin L. Waring, Jr. (Lisa) of Lakeland; his brother David Waring, Sr. (Connie) of Fort McCoy; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Waring of Lakeland and Linda Waring of Lakeland. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
