He was predeceased by: his parents, Leoncio Hernandez and Julia Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Josefina Cotto; his daughters, Ana Rosa Hernandez, Josefina Rosa and Vickie Rodriguez; and his grandson Jesus Rosa.
