He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvan Rupp and Pearl Rupp; his siblings, Melva Short (Doyle), Betty Liechty (Clifford), Bernice Hartzell (Ward), Janice and Roger (Peggy); his brothers-in-law, Doyle Short, Cliff Liechty and Merrill Nofziger; and his great grandchild Rousch Denver Fry.
He is survived by: his spouse Jueldine F. Nofziger; his children, Rick Rupp (Lisa) of Winter Haven, FL, Russ Rupp (Rita) of Westminster, CO and Patricia Stringer (Matt) of Archbold, OH.; his grandsons, Dustin Rupp, Brett Rupp (Anissa), Dillon Rupp and Connor Rupp; and his sisters, Marcile Nofziger of Archbold and Margaret Smeltzer (Carl) of Harrisonburg, Virginia.. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
