She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Spradlin and Odessa Smith; her son Don Ray Allred; and her brother James Spradlin (Helen) of Lexington, Kentucky.. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Kay Bustos of Farmersville, Texas; her brothers, Gary Spradlin of California, John Spradlin (Sue) and Curtis Wayne Spradlin (Cassandra) of Branson, Missouri; her aunt Birdie Wolford (Bronson) of Lake Wales; her grandchildren, Forteno and Myriah; and her pets, Penny and Shelley.
