It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois Anne Chase of Lake Wales, Florida, born in Ossining, New York, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Houghtaling and Grace Houghtaling; her husband Donald K. Chase; her son Douglas J. Hoffman; and her sisters, Eleanor Salzer and Jean Schwartzwalder.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Cannon (David) of Lake Wales and Gary Hoffman (Joanne) of Milton, GA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
