He is survived by: his wife Gail Howell; his children, Melissa Hickman (Chris) of Enigma, Georgia, Sherry Loyce of Florida, Susan Minerva of Missouri, Robert Howell (Danielle) of Lake Wales and Larry B. Howell, Jr. (Julie) of Okeechobee; and his siblings, Minerva, Pheylene, Carmalita, Preston and Donald. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
