She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Hutchens; and her husband Frank Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Sally Mongeon (John) of Lake Wales, Jamie DeMoss (Karen) of Lake Wales and Charlie DeMoss of Waynesburg, Kentucky; her sisters, Lucy DuValle of Kentucky and Judy Ritchey of Florida; and her grandchildren, Charles DeMoss, Lori Demoss, Vinnie Cosce and David Cosce.
