She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Warner and Ruth Warner. She is survived by: her children, Rickey Jernigan, II (Amanda) of Haines City and Kimberly Andujo of Albuquerque; and her grandchildren, Lyzza, Laylah, Alexandria Nicole Lombardi, Megan, Ian, Gage and Brody.
