He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wales (Lyde Webb) and Lake Wales; and his siblings, Dell Webb, Donald Webb, Raymond Webb and William Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia McCoy; his son William Joseph Webb (Mary); his sister Janet Cannon (Jim); his grandsons, Joseph William Webb and Nicolas Wells; and his extended family, Kim Norton, Gavin, Madison, Mark, Lana Norton, Travis Norton, Kaeli Warren (James) and Leigh Ann Norton.
