He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sims and Eunice Sims. He is survived by: his wife Becky Sims; his daughters, Chris Sims (Kim) of Leland, Dee Crowder (JC) of Winter Haven, Shelley Bowlin (Blake) of Daytona Beach and Krista Thompson (Keith) of Lake Wales; his sister Nancy Hirsch (Jim) of Englewood; his grandchildren, Melissa Weatherford (Adam), Kaley Sutton, Brett Usry, Christopher Sutton, Abigail Kemick (Nick), Levi Bowlin and Becca Flaming (Joel); and his great grandchildren, Lane and Luke Weatherford.
