He is survived by: his children, Diane Mappes (Mark) of Nashville, Tennessee and David Lundquist (Wendy) of Lake Worth; his partner Bobbie James; and his brother Jimmy Lundquist (Laura) of Cleveland, Ohio. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
