He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace McCullough and Louise McCullough; his daughter Kristi Lynn Schwanke; and his brothers, Charles McCullough and Jackson McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy McCullough; his son John McCullough, Jr. (Jaime) of Lake Wales; his sisters, Joyce Greene of Ormond Beach, Faye Cook-Skinner of Avon Park and Maye Skinner Kohl of Lake Wales; and his grandchildren, Jessica Kae McCullough, Jennifer Renae McCullough and Emelyn Grace Schwanke.
