He was predeceased by: his father William Bass; and his wife Penny Bass. He is survived by: his sons, Westley Bass (Kathy) of Winter Haven and David Bass (Teresa) of Lake Wales; and his siblings, Kay Sauls and Howard Bass of Santee, California. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
