He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Jeffrey P Smith (Dawn) of Ashland; his siblings, Joseph Smith (Amber) of Leominster and Jenna Smith (Mandy) of Ashland; his nieces, Kendall and Sadie; his grandparents, Michael, Carolann Cassidy of Ashland, Donald and Marie Smith of Waltham; and his close friend Leandro Barbosa of Lake Wales.
He saved 3 lives through organ donation.
