It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Henry Harper (Lake Wales, Florida), born in Kissimmee, Florida, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovejoy Harper and Caroline Othella Harper (Webb). He is survived by: his niece Tonya Simpson; and his nephew Tom Harper. He is also survived by several cousins and many great friends.
