He was predeceased by: his former wife Flo Parlier; and his siblings, Joe Parlier, Paul Parlier and Dorothy Sims. He is survived by: his children, James C. Parlier, Jr. (Jim) of Burnsville, NC., Mark S. Parlier (Theresa) of Lake Wales, FL. and Candace Parlier Sheffield (Tom) of Winter Haven, FL.; his brothers, Bill Parlier and Frank Parlier; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Parlier and Dot Coble.
