He is survived by: his daughter Louise Smith of Lake Wales; his siblings, Eunice Barbot of Jacksonville and Cecil; and his grandchildren, Shannon Dawn Cables, Donnie Everette Smith and Dirk Justin Smith. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
