He is survived by: his children, Donna Crim (James), Kathy Bowling of Berea, Karen Rogers (Alton) of Berea, Kentucky and Phillip Todd Johnson of Crystal Lake; and his brother Bill Johnson of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
