He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell J. and Kathy Albert Sr. (Klabough); and his siblings, Lee Albert, Ed Albert and Kim Albert.
He is survived by: his children, Courtney Albert (Reid Middlebro) of Cananda, Jessie Albert and Jaimie Albert (Leah) of Canada; and his siblings, Ann Burnette and Wendell James Albert Jr. of Ft. Meade, FL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
