Cecil; and his children, Candace Spessard (Rob) of St. Johns, Georgia, Jack Cecil, Jr. (Patty Gail) of Tazewell and Andrew Cecil (Vicki) of Tazewell, Virginia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
