He was predeceased by: his father Albert Opdenaker; his wife Janet A. Opdenaker; and his siblings, Caroline Benetti, Louise Barnes, Margrett Heavens, Barbara Graham, Patricha Pennock and Albert Opdenaker.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Perez (AJ) of Lake Wales and Jerry Opdenaker of Lake Wales; his grandsons, Christopher, Jacob and Connor Perez; and his sisters, Linda Mullen and Rosemary Acker.
