He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Benjamin Wiggins, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jena Parris; his daughter Amber Ledoux-Wiggins of Wesley Chapel, Florida; his mother Eileen J. Wiggins of Lumpkin, Georgia; his siblings, Patti Hutchinson (Dale) of Lumpkin, Georgia and Dallas Allen (Debbie) of Cork, Florida; and his grandchildren, Ryan Ledoux and Meadow Ledoux.
