He is survived by: his wife Barbara Starling; and his children, Kathy Starling (Schultz) of Boulder Creek, Tina Dennis of Tennessee, Rebecca Dykes of East Tawas, Lynnette Baldwin of Lakeland and Jon Dunn of Ashville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
