She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Kadlec and Anna Kadlec; and her grandson Michael Skoczen. She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth "Cookie" Skoczen (Leonard) of Lake Wales; her grandchildren, Steven, Nicholas and Melanie; and her great grandchildren, Annamarie, Jacob, Logan, Lukas and Dylan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Betty's wish is that in Lou of flowers or gifts, a donation to your local SPCA on her behalf would grant that wish.
