He is survived by: his wife Susan Ramsay Lamar; his children, Robert Lamar (Katherine) of Lake Wales, Danielle Farewell (Eric) of Austin and Emilie Quam (Kirby) of Lake Wales; his brothers, Malcolm "Chip" Lamar (Darlene) of Lakeland and Will Lamar (Nancy Shackelford) of Winter Garden; and his grandchildren, August, Arthur, Jeremiah, Eloise, Heidi, Olive, Joy, Edwin and Quam.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Wales (16 N 3rd St, Lake Wales, FL 33853).
