He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lewis and Evelyn Lewis; and his brother Douglas Eugene Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Lewis; his children, Donna L. Rees (David) of Lakeland, Amy M. McDonald (Shawn) of Lakeland and Douglas M. Lewis (Courtney) of Lake Wales; and his grandchildren, Bryce R. McDonald, Benjamin W. McDonald, Caleb J. McDonald, Sara-Kate Lewis, Addison Grace Lewis and Mason Jax Lewis.
