It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Hunt Jr. of Lake Wales, Florida, born in Clearwater, Florida, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Donald Coye Hunt, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Hunt of Lake Wales; his girlfriend Julie Hamilton Griffis of Lake Wales; his brother Stephen "Carey" Hunt (Lilia Rosa) of Ruskin; and his stepson Jeff Bloodsworth (Grace).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation (alzfdn.org).

“Coye,was always my “Forever Friend!” We have been good friends since our LWHS Days!! We worked together,while I was attending Webber College! Coye was such a bright light & a blessing in my life! Many years later, we finally caught up with each other on Classmates!! He was still the same funny and caring friend I had always enjoyed knowing!! He will live on forever in my memories & my heart! 🙏🏻❤️🦋”
