He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Edgington (Bay); his former wife Anna Elizabeth Casey Edgington of Waddy, Kentucky.; his father Carl Edgington; his brother Vernon Vance Edgington; and his grandson Samuel Joel Rhoden.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Edgington; his children, Ken, Carolyn Edgington, Keith, Sonja Edgington, Luke and Karen Edgington-Philpott; and his siblings, Virginia Aupperle (Eldon R.) of Toulon, Illinois and David Edgington (Barbara) of Frankfort, Ohio.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
