He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Jackson Ellison. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellison; his children, Tara Ellison of Oklahoma, Chuck Ellison, Jr. of Lake Wales, Travis Ellison of Lake Wales and Thomas Ellison of Lake Wales; his father Woodrow Ellison of Lake Wales; his siblings, Candace Halferty (Jay) of Brandon, Suzette Lozano (Gilbert) of Winter Haven and Mark Ellison (Charla) of Lake Wales; and his pet Riley. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lake Wales Lutheran Church.
