He was predeceased by: his parents, James Twaddell and June Twaddell (Morf); and his wife Marcia Ludens. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Weimer (Jeremy) of Hubert, NC and Mark Twaddell of Ranson, WV; his siblings, James Twaddell of Williamsburg, VA and Elizabeth Breaux of Burgess, VA; his grandchildren, Sam, Cole, Adelynn, Annsley and Miles; and also Stephanie Patton.
