She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Locke and Rachel Locke. She is survived by: her husband Charles Leech; and her sisters, Becky O'Neail of Jacksonville and Jan Copenhaver of Jacksonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
