Welcher; his children, Mary Freeman Scalise (Richard) of Deltona, Cindy Ann Hill (Bobby) of Lake Wales, Stacy Welcher of Spanaway, Washington and Patrick Welcher of Tacoma, Washington; his sister Betty Taylor of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Britni Wilkerson (Mike), Autumn Hill (Foster), Austin Scalise, Alexander Scalise (Hunter Ragan), Piper Welcher and Alexis Welcher. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
