He is survived by: his wife Daisy Fernandez; his children, Debra Martinez (Carlos) of Winter Haven, Dorka Fernandez-Arce (Angel) of Winter Haven, Marta Fernandez Lebeau (Richard) of Riverview and David Fernandez (Jessica) of Fort Stewart, Georgia; and his siblings, Adela Fernandez of Puerto Rico, Provi Fernandez of Puerto Rico, Sonia Fernandez of Puerto Rico, Emelinda Fernandez of Puerto Rico, Luis Fernandez of Orlando, William Fernandez of Puerto Rico and Jose Fernandez of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
